Asphalt Plant, also popularly known as Asphalt Mixing Plant or Hot Mix Plant and Station d’enrobage or Centrale d’enrobage in French colony, Planta de asfalto in Spanish and Usinas de Asfalto in Portuguese colony, is our prime product.
We manufacture continuous type Stationary and Mobile Asphalt Drum Mix Plants. Asphalt Drum Mix Plant is preferable for higher production rates and it produces best quality hot mix asphalt at lower capital, operating & maintenance cost. Our Asphalt Drum Mix Plant is simple in design and modular in construction hence it is easy to operate & maintain.

About Asphalt Plant
WHAT IS ASPHALT PLANT ?
An asphalt plant is an assembly of mechanical and electronic equipments installed to produce homogeneous hot mix asphalt mixture of aggregates, asphalt and other filler material as per preset composition by blending the ingredients at elevated temperature.
Types of Asphalt Plant:
Continuous type - Asphalt Drum Mix Plant and
Dis-continuous type - Asphalt Batch Mix Plant.
Regardless the Asphalt Mixing Plant type, the basic purpose is the same to produce the quality hot mix asphalt.
The asphalt plant is rated based on its output capacity in tons per hour. The output capacity of the asphalt mixing plant is subject to many factors like moisture content in aggregates, dust content, site ambient temperature, hotmix output temperature etc.
