Concrete Batching plant

We offer fully Automatic Stationary and Mobile Concrete Batching Plant with options of Reverse Drum Mixer, Pan Mixer and Twin Shaft Mixer, in various models and output capacities to suit the varied construction project requirements.

Stationary Concrete Batching Plant

Our Stationary Concrete Batching Plants are compact and versatile for producing homogeneous concrete mix for construction and infrastructural projects. Some of our models are suitable for ready mix concrete production and can be used as RMC Plant.

The concrete batching plant is available in various output capacities of 20m3/hr., 30m3/hr., 45m3/hr., and 60m3/hr., designed for operations under extreme conditions with highest performance.

The concrete batching plant is composed of adequate capacity gravel & sand hoppers with pneumatically operated gates, weighing conveyor beneath hoppers suspended on electronic load cells, rubber belt type charging conveyor, pan / twin shaft mixer unit, water tank, additive tank, cement silo with screw conveyor, PLC based control panel.

All Concrete Batch Plants are equipped with separate electronic weigh batching system with PLC based controls for aggregates, cement, water and additive. Separate weigh batching system facilitates parallel dosing of ingredients thus reducing cycle time and increasing productivity.

Pan type and Twin shaft type mixers are designed to provide economy, durability, and consistency in the production of high quality concrete.

Mobile Concrete Batching Plant

Our Mobile Concrete Batching Plant provides excellent flexibility for producing onsite concrete at construction project sites. They are available in various output capacities of 15m3/hr., 20m3/hr., 25m3/hr., and 30m3/hr. with reverse drum mixer and pan mixer.

The mobile batching plant is built on single heavy duty chassis constructed from structural steels. The plant is installed on a level ground on five mechanical jacks with wooden block. No foundation is required. Complete plant is pre-wired & only needs to connect main supply cable in the panel & the plant is ready for use.
