Mobility provides flexibility and allows road contractors to easily and quickly move the hot mix plant from one site to another. To meet this requirement, S.P Enterprise manufactures a wide range of Mobile Asphalt Plants for road construction and infrastructure projects in India, Algeria, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ghana, Zambia, the Democratic Republic of Congo (Congo-Kinshasa), and Guyana. Our portable asphalt mixing plants are available in output capacities ranging from 25 TPH to 150 TPH in various standard models and can also be customized as per specific project requirements.

All components of asphalt plant are mounted on three to five mobile chassis depending on the plant capacity and configuration. These mobile chassis are fitted with wheel axle and supported on leaf springs, comes with king pin or draw bar attachment for towing.

Standard supply for one set of mobile hot mix plant consists of Cold Aggregate Feeder Bins, Slinger Conveyor, Drying cum Mixing Drum fitted with Automatic Burner & Multi cone Primary Dust Collector, Hot mix Load Out Conveyor with Gob Hopper & Power Pack, Asphalt Tank with Pumping Unit, Piping & Automatic Burner, Mineral Filler Unit, Wet type Secondary Dust Collector, Electronic Control Panel and Control Cabin.
